From product strategy to the code.
I’m the Director of Lending & Risk Products at FranData, where I manage the lender vertical and lead product strategy for banking clients focused on the franchise industry. I manage over $1M in annual sales to enterprise lending institutions and own the end-to-end lifecycle of the lending and risk product suite.
I also manage technology development across the organization. That work spans AI-powered data pipelines, PDF extraction, database tooling, franchise intelligence platforms, and internal automation.
A place for open questions.
I’ve worked hands-on with AI since December 2022. My independent projects explore game AI, language-model agents, and evaluation: what happens when an agent has to act, adapt, and make progress in an environment that doesn’t hand it an answer?
